Bring the thing that isn’t working. We’ll figure out whether it’s a decision, a process, or software.
Before you write
A working conversation. You describe where the operation is losing time, money, or visibility. I ask the questions I’d ask before anyone writes a line of code.
A demo. If software isn’t the answer, I’ll say so — and you’ll leave with the reason, which is worth more than a proposal.
Most useful thing you can include: the moment in the week where the work stops moving and somebody has to chase it.
Reach me directly
The form goes straight to my inbox — no list, no sequence. A paragraph is plenty; I’ll come back with questions, not a pitch deck.
Rather just email? Email
Prefer a DM? LinkedIn — I read them.
Not ready to talk? Cracking the Code covers most of what I’d say in a first conversation.
